Blade Wrath - Fury of Vikings is a mass skirmish game that brings to life the raids and conquests of Scandinavians during the Viking Age.
To celebrate its release, we’ve introduced an exciting range of 15mm Viking miniatures to complement the game. But, any scale can be used to play.
The game draws from the author’s reenactment experience and decades of historical knowledge, featuring rules that replicate raid-sized battles from the Viking era.
Players can choose from various Viking factions and warband types, engaging in thrilling skirmishes against opponents.
Like previous titles, Blade Wrath - Fury of Vikings offers extensive customisation with leaders, heroes, and warriors, and it’s designed for both matched play and campaign modes.
The game system serves as a core framework that will expand into a series of games spanning multiple eras and genres

Greetings Legends,
Hopefully, everyone has or is receiving their pledges. I have had people from all over the world flooding me with pictures of their pledges and many have already started to paint and model their Fjord Serpents.

FUTURE PLANS
1. The first Fjord Serpents release planned this year will be the Mercenaries & Allies release. This will consist of a book and some new crew miniatures. The book just needs editing and artwork, but the model range has been completed already. This supplement introduces a massive campaign builder and also includes Jomsvikings, Swedes and returned Varangian Guardsmen into the crew and faction mix.
2. The next "big" kickstarter or release will be the Fjord Serpents - Invasion release. This will see the merging of sea and full mass scale land battles into one. Although the rules are done, there is a lot of work to do on the testing, design and initial product line. We will have new land armies that the Vikings invaded (eg. Anglo Saxons and Franks), plus new movement trays, books and the usual goodness. You will need Fjord Serpents to play the sea part of this game. The good news is that if you know how to play Fjord Serpents, then the land version will seamlessly blend with those rules.

3. Blade Wrath - Fury of Viking
I have been madly working on a miniature agnostic mass skirmish game called Blade Wrath. This is almost completed, with the initial miniature range designed in 15mm and the book just needing artwork and editing. The miniatures are already available at BLADE WRATH – Fjord Serpents if you are on the hunt for awesome 15mm Vikings. The rulebook is expected to be released within the next few months.
This is a system that will be used in many historical and fantasy settings, so stay tuned.

Hi Legends,
Everyone is receiving their pledges across the world, so I thought it would be a good time to list the stock I have on hand on our website.
I received a small, advanced shipment to sell at CanCon. What is left is the stock on the website
The main shipment is coming via sea freight, so I won't get that until March
These mean shops and I will have limited stock until then, so it's first in on the stock I have.

A lot of information to go through in this update, so I will just get straight to it....
Website News - We have launched the shop at www.fjordserpents.com . Obviously, the Fjord Serpents stuff will be in stock when I receive my seaborne shipment arrives. We have some of the new miniatures from our Viking 15mm range (and next published game) Blade Wrath - Fury of Vikings on sale.
YouTube Goodness - Our friends from Hobby Homies have been at it again and have done a battle report for Fjord Serpents. Check it out, like and subscribe.
CanCon 2025 - This weekend we will be at CanCon, in Canberra Australia. We will have limited Fjord Serpents products for sale, plus some of our new Blade Wrath miniature range. Please come in and say hi if you are in the area.
Backer Shipping - I have been patiently awaiting the manufacturers tracking number list, so I can post it for all backers. As per usual I get given a date and it is blown out! Greeting Kickstarter Legends!
I am happy to report some fascinating developments:
All postage has been collected
Manufacturing of the game has ended (finally... :)
All boxed sets are currently being put together
Postage to backers should be underway before the new year
Delivery hopefully early January
I can't tell you how relieved I am and thankful that you all stuck with me and believed in the project and that I would deliver it. It's a little late, but due to the extent of factors working against me, I think we did great considering.
Without going on, it has been one of the most stressful endeavors I have undertaken, and it has challenged me to innovate and push beyond my limits somewhat.
Honestly, I'm just so surprised that I pulled this off with the extremely limited money I had to do the project. Thankfully, I had paid for its design way before the campaign with my own money.
I have been in somewhat of a creative and productivity deadlock until this Kickstarter was delivered (as it's my first), but very soon this will be removed. I already have the next supplement nearly ready to roll, as well as a completely new game system to announce and hopefully reveal at CanCon 2025.
